University Tower Malate - AMENITIES

As mentioned earlier, the University Tower Malate is one of the first student-centric condominium buildings that offer hotel-like amenities to residents. When you see the kinds of amenities that the condominium has to offer, you will wonder why you considered making your kids stay in one of the cheap dormitories in the first place.

The first thing that any parent would inquire about is the security of the condominium, and University Tower does not disappoint in this regard. The building management has under its employ a team of highly-trained and professional security personnel. They make sure that unauthorized people will not go any further than the lobby area of the building. Now, in case someone does manage to get past the security team, which is highly unlikely, they will still be caught by the never-blinking eyes of the dozens of security cameras installed in all the public spaces, including the hallways and corridors of the residential floors. There are also fire and smoke alarms installed in all of the residential units, and they are also hooked up to the building’s main sprinkler system.

The building also has a centralized garbage disposal and collection system. There will be a dedicated place on all floors for the residents to throw away their segregated garbage so they will not pile up in their units.

The building also has a grand and spacious lobby. Guests will need to register at the front desk, and they need confirmation from the unit owners before they are allowed to go to the elevator areas. There are also plenty of couches that residents can use whenever they need to entertain guests for a while. The building also has a common mail room, which means every delivery to the residents will be collected at the lobby, and the building personnel will be the ones who will deliver the packages to the residents. This is done to prevent theft and trespassing.

The fifth floor of the University Tower is where you will find the huge lap pool area. Residents can use the partially covered lap pool to train and exercise, or just to cool off when the sun gets too hot outside. There is also a poolside deck where residents can sit down and enjoy the view. On the same floor as the swimming pool, on the other side of the building, is the wide jogging path. It can be quite dangerous for people to go jogging at the streets of Malate, especially at night, so this nice little touch provided by the University Tower will allow residents to work on their cardio without fear of getting mugged.

There are also pocket gardens in this floor, so when your college student needs a breather from studies, he/she just needs to ride the elevator down to the fifth floor and sit on one of the benches and just admire the landscaped mini-gardens to clear his/her mind.
